Job Requirements:

Male - 4 yrs. UAE working experience (Age must be 25yrs.-35 yrs. old)

Job Description:

Knowledgeable in Mediterranean, Arabic, International and Seafood cuisine

To ensure that Restaurant Cost Control policies and procedures are followed

Suggested breakfast, lunch, dinner menus.

Check daily menu, function order or forecast to determine the kind and quantity of the food items to prepare.

Make inspections tours of kitchens and other related areas.

Check and follow ups on the cleanliness and conditions of

all kitchen areas, and the

methods and progress of food preparation.

To attend meetings with Executive Chef to discuss the company policies and to coordinated various operations activities.

Prepare and help the Kitchen for yearly budget for approval of

the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager.
