About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to handle both administrative and customer service responsibilities. In this dual role, you will assist with daily office tasks while providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.
Manage and maintain office files, records, and schedules.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist customers by providing product information, resolving complaints, and processing orders.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace for staff and clients.
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
Update and manage customer databases and office systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are an advantage.
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast- paced environment.
