Advertising Campaign & Creative Services Manager

Amazon Advertising is seeking a strong and accomplished online advertising services leader to manage and mentor a growing team, drive operational excellence, and deliver results to support revenue objectives for the online display advertising business in the MENA Region. The CCS Manager will lead the local campaign and creative managers responsible for the creative delivery and insights as well as designers in charge of producing engaging creative solutions. This results- oriented leader will work cross- functionally with key local partners, such as, but not limited to Sales, Account Management and Retail teams. The CCS Manager is also expected to work with central teams to ensure the local staff has the resources and knowledge needed to perform at the top of their capabilities. Apart from supervising the operational aspects, this Manager must also take part in building relationships with Advertisers/Agencies, and is agile in directing internal advertisement operations to best support those customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver on the core Amazon value proposition, customer obsession, to create a flawless advertising experience across Amazon Advertising’s product portfolio

· Hire, manage and mentor a team of campaign managers and designers. Continue to build and evolve the team to meet the growing demands of the business

· Drive scale and operational excellence across the business

· Actively partner with Sales Manager, Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure the services team appropriately supports Advertiser needs across customer verticals and segments

· Lead by example and always in- line with the Amazon core leadership principles

· Report business results within established operating rhythms. Identify trends and drive initiatives to improve team and customer performance

· Hands on approach and not reluctant to jump in and contribute when needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Technically oriented, strong business judgment, analytical, and ability to project manage

· Strong record of building and managing teams

· Client facing and service oriented across all levels of customer contacts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or equivalent preferred

· 10+ year experience in managing a diverse team

· Effective written and verbal communicator in Arabic and English with ability to influence, analyze, and inspire

· Independent and capable of making decisions without the presence of a local direct manager
