We are looking for a "Assistant Restaurant Manager" for a new Premium Casual Dining Restaurant located at Souk Al Behar, Dubai Mall.

He/She will be responsible for managing the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits. Optimizes profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution. Trains and develops employees through ongoing feedback, and by conducting performance reviews
