Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to prepare and serve high- quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently.

Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash or digital transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and dining areas.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations when needed.

Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as required.

Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and multitask efficiently.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high- quality beverages.
