Salary: AED 9000 to 10000 plus benefits

Job Description:
Academic
Bachelor’s degree in marketing from a recognised university.

Master’s degree is preferred but not essential.

Professional experience:
5 + Years of experience in a similar role.
Well versed with marketing activities in the Mena region.
Exposure to Mena markets

• Reporting: Collation and timely submission of the monthly marketing report from all our regions to the HQ.
• ATL Activities: Work with agencies and coordinate all aspects of the print production. Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy.
• Planning and Budgeting: Identifying the marketing activities to be conducted based on organization’s objectives, market characteristics, cost etc. Define budget based on the activities. Ensure adherence to defined budget and allocate it to regions as per agreed exposures.
• Maintaining a log (Quantity, timelines, expiry) of all POP materials in stock (Warehouse and office). Ensuring distribution of the same to regions as per requirement. Responsible for optimal utilization of POS resources and ensuing warehouse space is managed effectively by coordinating timely destruction of obsolete resources.
• Communication and marketing of vision that the company is seen as the leader in the industry. Development of product positioning statements and compelling product value propositions. Developing product launch and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist the General Manager in the execution and roll out of campaigns and activities sketched out in the annual Marketing and PR calendars. Any other executions as mandated by General Manager.
• Maintaining Social Media handles and timely updating websites in co-ordination with Media Agency and Regional HQ.
• Handling the egress and ingress of all marketing gear/ equipment loaned to professionals, agencies, media as well inter department loans.
• Monitoring and Controlling all Advertising and Branding for the company by ensuring all artworks/ designs adhere to the company Identity protocol.
• Downloading, organizing and managing all marketing and promotional collateral on the company server for the teams/ organizations easy reference. Update and maintain regional product portfolio and marketing samples.
• Assisting with all corporate/brand events including brand/ product launches, seasonal launches, internal corporate/concept meetings and other miscellaneous events that needs to be organized from time to time.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain good working relationships with vendors/ suppliers for providing requisite services to the company/ brand.
• Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner.
