Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.

Scan items, calculate totals, and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments).

Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges according to company policy.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the beginning and end of shifts.

Answer customer questions and address concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Report any discrepancies or issues with payments or transactions to the supervisor.

Assist with other duties such as restocking or maintaining store organization when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles is a plus.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

Strong communication skills and a customer- focused attitude.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast- paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
