Responsibilities:

⦁ Efficiently process customer transactions using our point- of- sales (POS) system with accuracy and attention to detail.

⦁ Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or requests, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

⦁ Handle cash, credit, and digital payment transactions, maintaining accurate cash drawers and balancing at the end of each shift.

⦁ Monitor and manage the flow of customers in the checkout area to maintain efficiency and minimize wait times.

⦁ Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.

⦁ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

⦁ Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, customer service, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent.

⦁ Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.

⦁ Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle stressful situations with poise.

⦁ Proficient with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
