**Job Title:** Cleaner

**Reports To:** Cleaning Supervisor/Facility Manager

#### **Job Summary:**

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, including offices, restrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cleaning:**

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.

- **Waste Management:**

- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

- Sort and recycle materials as required.

- **Maintenance:**

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

- Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and used correctly.

- **Health and Safety:**

- Follow safety and sanitation procedures.

- Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly.

- **Other Duties:**

- Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings.

- Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

#### **Qualifications:**

- **Education:** No formal education required; high school diploma preferred.

- **Experience:** Previous cleaning experience is a plus.

- **Skills:** Attention to detail, good time management, ability to work independently, and basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
