Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that components meet precise specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining the high quality of our HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, lathe) to produce parts as per specifications.

Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure proper operation.

Monitor the production process, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot any issues.

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities and materials used.

Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with CNC programming and machine controls.

Strong attention to detail and precision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem- solving skills.

Knowledge of HVAC manufacturing processes is a plus.
