Apple Mac Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in diagnosing and repairing MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple devices. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple devices MacBook Logic Board Repair.

Perform component- level repairs, including logic board troubleshooting and replacement.

Repair and replace damaged screens, batteries, keyboards, and other Mac components.

Install, configure, and update macOS and other necessary software.

Recover data and provide backup solutions for customers.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Ensure high- quality customer service and provide technical support when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a computer repair technician, preferably with Apple devices.

Strong knowledge of Mac hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to repair MacBook logic boards and other internal components (soldering skills are a plus).

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair software.

Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality repairs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role at an Apple repair center.
