Job Description:

•Conducting day to day operational activities involving selling items at the counter, handle walk- in customers, manage online order via Zomato, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and Website.

•Packing, Billing, Order taking, Attending phone calls, Delivering customer service, Dispatching deliveries, and performing all the requisite chores of the shop

•Accepting Orders for outside catering, functions, set menu lunch and dinner for parties and events. Should possess strong attention to details and interpersonal skills to be able to up- sell and successfully convert enquiries to confirmed orders.

•Other operational aspects of the role include cashiering, inventory, receiving material from suppliers, daily reporting, coordinating with Kitchen for production of orders and maintain a full counter display. Basically, all Front of house operations of the retail shop

•Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written)

•Should have a pleasing, friendly and approachable personality with very high levels of customer service skills

•Should be able to multi- task and work under pressure with minimum super- vision and high levels of integrity, sincerity and commitment

•Should be willing go the extra mile to provide excellent customer services and be a flexible team player
