Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish and monitor financial controls to safeguard divisional/corporate assets and.
To ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently.
Able to develop an efficient and professional team of employees within the Finance.

Ensure that the Finance and Accounting department runs smoothly so that all.
Financial and management reports are accurate and available by their due dates.

Reflect the transactions and administration of the Hotel.
Participate in the employee performance appraisal process, providing feedback as.

Conduct monthly performance reviews with the General manager and HODs and establish.

Establish a strong and professional relationship with the owner and asset managers.
Work closely with the General Manager and Owner of the property to ensure.
Timely submission of financial and management reports and discuss long-term.

Provide training in the hotel to enhance the financial skills of the management team.

Monitor all applicable local tax compliance, ensuring that taxes are charged.

Requirements / Skills:
