IT Technical Support Engineer L1/L2 Job in Dubai

• Provide computer and network support for various clients via onsite visits, telephone support, ticket support, and remote desktop
• Responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of laptop/desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices
Responsible for handling projects related to office 365 (email migration, set up and other application related to office 365)
• Network infrastructure implementation, VPN/Active Directory/GPO setup and support, email services, antivirus and disaster recovery, preventative maintenance, etc.
• Administer client servers and network infrastructure with RMM tools and creating scripts for preventative measures
• Computer hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
• Reimaging desktops and laptops
• Time management skills
• Asset management and inventory control
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures

Qualifications :
• 2-5+ years of experience supporting end users in a consulting/IT support environment.
• 2-5+ years of experience with TCP/IP networking (proficiency with routers, switches, wireless access points etc.)
• 2-5+ years of experience supporting virtual environments using VMware or Windows Hyper-V server
• 2-5+ years of experience with Windows Server 2008 through 2012 R2 Active Directory deployment and administration
• 2-5+ years of experience managing, administering, and supporting on premise Exchange, Google Apps and Office 365/hosted exchange
• Experience with one of the following routers / firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco , Fortinet, etc.)
• Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, SNMP, SMTP, Email, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
• Highly proficient with Windows 7, 8.1 and 10
• Highly proficient with MacOS 10.10 - 10.13
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
