We are looking for Event Planner who is responsible for designing, organizing, and executing successful events tailored to client needs. This role involves managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every aspect of the event runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is creative, detail- oriented, and adept at problem- solving, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Event Design and Planning:

Work with clients to determine their vision, goals, and requirements for events.

Develop event concepts, themes, and detailed plans, including schedules, layouts, and logistics.

Vendor Coordination:

Identify, hire, and coordinate with event vendors, including caterers, decorators, AV technicians, and performers.

Oversee delivery and setup of event components such as seating, staging, and lighting.
