Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail- oriented individuals to join our event staff team. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in the execution of events by assisting with various tasks such as set- up, coordination, and customer service. Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Coordinate with vendors and other event staff to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor and manage event logistics, such as registration, audiovisual equipment, and catering.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces throughout the event.

Collaborate with the Event Manager and other team members to execute tasks efficiently.

Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges during events.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and problem- solving abilities.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical ability to lift and move event equipment and supplies.
