Urgently Required for Finance Manager Manufacturing co Based in Jafza

Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial aspects associated with the day to day running of the organization to include; forecasting and generation of monthly P and L’s and cashflows, payroll, expenses, petty cash, invoicing, cash collection, banking, staff visas, company insurances, liasing with local authorities to ensure that registration and licences are up to date. The Finance Manager will also have responsibility for provision of financial and operational support to the organization by working with each Business Unit (BU) to collect, review and finalise financial data before consolidating and presenting group data to the CEO and board.

**Work with the management team to develop annual forecast, reviewing current and past performance and ensuring that output is aggressive but achievable. Periodically review forecast and revise where necessary
**Take overall responsibility for financial reporting. Ensure reporting is timely and that it gives a correct representation of the groups and its business units performance and financial standing.
**Collection and analysis of P and L performance on a monthly basis by measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
**Ensure that audit processes are well planned and that auditors are provided the information that they request to fulfil their audits in a reassuring way
**Manage liquidity and cash flow, analysing and challenging data and putting in place corrective actions where necessary
Ensure that tax reporting is submitted according to rules and regulations.
**Ensure that invoicing is carried out promptly and accurately each month
**Follow up with clients to ensure that monies are collected in line with PO T and C’s, take the necessary action to collect aged debt
Process payroll and expenses each month to ensure that they are paid through WPS and employee contracts
**Manage online banking activity and relationships
**Contribute to the development and implement VAT principles, policies and processes to ensure completion and compilation of VAT mechanism and registrations across the businesses.
**Provide periodic training and mentorship to finance, supply chain and other relevant departments in regards to VAT implementation, documentation and compliance.
**To prepare an annual report on the VAT activities with particular reference to the benefits generated.
**Ensure that company and employee insurances are in place, comply with contractual requirements and provide best value for company
**Liaise with JAFZA and Dubai authorities to ensure that all registration, licences etc. are established and kept fully up to date
**Support procurement function to ensure that competitive tendering is being carried out, purchasing costs are minimised, payment terms are optimised to ensure maximum value for the organization
**Collection, consolidation and analysis of BU P and L performance on a monthly basis by measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
**Responsible for collection and consolidation of BU Cash Flow / Liquidity Forecasts, analysing and challenging data and putting in place corrective actions to ensure adequate cash flow across the Group.
**Generation and presentation of Group P and L performance, making comment on variances against forecast and providing recommendations on how financial performance can be improved.

Qualifications and Skills

** Proven Finance/Admin Manager with 10 years’ experience within a repair or manufacturing environment
Sound knowledge of customs, JAFZA and Dubai Ministry rules and regulations
**A minimum of five years of experience in VAT with implementation experience and leading a VAT environment with a major international organisation
**Proven ability in working to international financial standards, budgeting and cost reduction, accounting, cash flow management and P and L management
**Be able to demonstrate the delivery of financial performance and growth in a similar industry sector.
**Demonstrate leadership and people skills and the ability to communicate and motivate at all levels.
**Graduation and Post-Graduation with majors in Finance
**Certified Chartered Accountant
**ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA is preferred
**Preferring Male Candidates above 35 years of age
