The Workshop Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high- quality production, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical expertise to manage a team of skilled workers and maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead a team of technicians, denters, painters, and other workshop personnel.

· Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure productivity and timely completion of projects.

· Monitor workflow and quality of work, providing guidance and support as needed.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.

· Collaborate with management to develop work schedules and budgets.

· Train and mentor staff to enhance skills and efficiency.

· Maintain inventory of supplies and materials, ordering as needed.

· Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts within the team.

· Prepare reports on production metrics and team performance.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred.

· Strong understanding of european and american vehicle mechanical systems, electronics and body shop operations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to read and interpret OBD2 reports and understand mechanical diagnosis.
