Front Desk Assistant Wanted in Dubai

Roles & Responsibility

Receiving incoming and outgoing mails/calls.

File and update contact information of employees.

Knowledge in CRM is an advantage.

Managing a client database and preparing reports.

Prepare Forms such as (MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, & U)

Dealing with email & walk- in client enquiries

Able to compose/ prepare a letter.

Drafting real estate contracts and agreements.

Good in customer service calls & handling all clients inquiries.

Support accounts in transaction closing.

Excellent in filling & Maintaining records.

Developer registration, renewals and gathering materials.

Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management.

Preparing real estate forms and documents

Performing other duties as assigned.
