Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to support our operations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Manual labor: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials or equipment as needed for various projects.

Construction support: Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, masons, or electricians, by providing necessary tools, materials, and assistance to facilitate their work.

Site preparation: Help prepare worksites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Material handling: Transport materials and equipment to different locations on the worksite using appropriate methods, tools, and machinery.

Cleaning and maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized by sweeping, removing debris, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Demolition work: Assist in demolition projects by dismantling structures, removing debris, and handling materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Basic repairs: Perform minor repairs, maintenance, or adjustments to tools, equipment, or structures as required.

Team collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Safety compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment.

Task assistance: Provide assistance to various departments or teams as needed, contributing to the successful completion of projects within deadlines.
