Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities for new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of Human Resources databases and files.
Process employee paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and benefits enrollment forms.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Support employee relations activities, including assisting with investigations, documenting incidents, and maintaining confidentiality.
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist with Human Resources projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and Human Resources policy updates.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-2 Years of experience in human resources or related administrative role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of Human Resources practices, policies, and procedures preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems preferred.
