The Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of a company to ensure that stock levels are adequate, costs are minimized, and inventory records are accurate. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to work across multiple teams to maintain inventory control, track supplies, and manage the ordering process.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.

Stock Replenishment: Analyze inventory needs and coordinate stock replenishment based on sales forecasts, seasonal demand, and product lifecycle.

Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies between system and actual counts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
