Job Summary:

The Kitchen Helper plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by culinary staff, adhering to established recipes and portion control guidelines.

⦁ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

⦁ Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.

⦁ Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.

⦁ Support the culinary team with tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and assembling dishes.

⦁ Participate in daily cleaning duties to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

⦁ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service.

Qualifications:

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

⦁ Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage, but not required.

⦁ Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

⦁ Strong communication skills and a team- oriented attitude.

⦁ Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
