The Delivery Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day- to- day operations of delivery services, including supervising courier drivers, bike riders, and other personnel. This role ensures timely and efficient delivery, maintains service quality, and liaises with clients to meet their delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet client requirements.

Monitor and manage delivery routes for efficiency and cost- effectiveness.

Oversee the dispatching process and ensure timely allocation of deliveries.

Team Supervision:

Recruit, train, and supervise delivery personnel such as drivers and bike riders.

Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or training as needed.

Handle scheduling, attendance, and shift management for the delivery team.

Client Relations:

Act as the point of contact for clients regarding delivery issues, queries, and feedback.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure that all delivery operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Monitor and enforce safety practices among delivery personnel.
