Office Administrator cum Account Job in Dubai

A known lawyer is looking for a candidate to work with the Firm and his team as Office Administrator/ Accountant. The candidate will be assigned in Dubai and closely working with the company’s Public Relations Officer and the team of Italian lawyers. The candidate will oversee the company’s operations, attend to Client’s requirements/ request in collaboration with the company’s Public Relations Officer , coordinate with the other members (lawyers) and local lawyers affiliated by the firm, engage in planning according to the needs of the team, and will carries out the bookkeeping and financial books of the company.
The candidate shall hold an accounting degree or equivalent and minimum of 5years relevant experience in the field.
The candidate shall have the strong attention to detail; ability to work without supervision; excellent time management skills; exceptional communication and customer service skills; technical skills, including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs, tally or any accounting software; strong prioritization and organization skills; ability to handle confidential information; strong record keeping skills; ability to multitask
