Sales Executive Job in Dubai

JOB TITLE : SALES EXECUTIVE

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales target/quota assigned by the department head.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and manage product pricing and margins according to agreed terms.
• Provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer request and inquiries and returning their telephone calls promptly.
• Follow up status of all offers submitted to clients by telephone or personal visits.
• To liaise with design department queries, which entails design drawings requiring material take off calculations and further technical assistance.
• Coordinate with factory manager for schedule of material availability prior to submission of offers/quotations and specifically for specially designed materials.
• Ensure that customer complaints are acted upon with appropriate actions taken to prevent recurrence and maintain rapport with customers.
• Prepare analysis for customer complaints received and offers not turned to a sale to be used as basis for quality of products and services improvement.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to be used as basis for sales forecasting.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years experience in marketing specifically in the same field.
• BS Civil Engineering graduate preferred.
• Male Candidates Preferred..

Age Requirement: 30 years of age and above.

Skills:
• Self-driven, result oriented with a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
• Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
• Able to get on with others and a good team player.
• Adept in use of computer and word processing software.
