What you have:

A proven track record in the strategic event planning, safe execution, event operations and project management.

A love for special event management, provide outstanding client service, be an enthusiastic professional.

Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Strong experience in conducting research, makes site visits, and find resources to help staff about event possibilities.

New ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.

Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers.

Strong interpersonal and organizing skills with high professionalism.

Desired skills and experience:

At least 3 years Events experience with administrative management.

Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills and speaking.

Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, mail merges; email and web searches.

Holder of UAE Drivers license is a plus.
