Job Title: Motorbike Driver

Position Summary:

The Motorbike Driver will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires a reliable, punctual, and safety- conscious individual who is proficient in navigating urban and rural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Deliver packages and products promptly to designated locations while adhering to company policies.

⦁ Maintain a clean and well- organized motorbike, ensuring it is in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.

⦁ Plan daily routes for efficiency, considering traffic conditions and delivery schedules.

⦁ Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.

⦁ Collect payments and receipts as required, ensuring accurate documentation of transactions.

⦁ Follow all traffic laws and regulations to promote safety on the road.

⦁ Report any accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to the management team.

Qualifications:

⦁ Valid motorcycle driving license.

⦁ Proven experience as a motorbike driver or similar role.

⦁ Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.

⦁ Excellent time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ A customer- oriented attitude with a focus on service excellence.

⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

⦁ Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, such as tire checks and oil changes.
