Required Office Administrator for our sister company in Dubai.


Job Description:

Keep basic knowledge of Manpower supply.

Providing introductory information to new customers.

Always maintain cleanliness of the front desk.

Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors, enquiries and calls receives.

Maintain the general office filing system.

Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Customer feedback follow up and keeping records.

Support sales team, help with cold calls and lead generation.

Scheduling and prioritizing daily/monthly meeting schedule of General Manager.
