#### **Job Summary:**

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support, managing office procedures, and overseeing administrative staff. This role involves handling various tasks to maintain a smooth workflow and support the organization's goals.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:**

- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

- **Office Management:**

- Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

- **Staff Supervision:**

- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

- Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

- **Record Keeping:**

- Maintain and organize office records, including employee records, contracts, and invoices.

- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

- **Communication:**

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, and assist with logistics as needed.

#### **Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.

- **Experience:** Previous experience in office administration or a related role is typically required, with supervisory experience preferred.

- **Skills:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
