Office Assistant Position in Dubai

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day- to- day office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries professionally

Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and confidentiality

Coordinate office supplies, order inventory, and restock as needed, ensuring that office supplies are always available

Help organize meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements as necessary

Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing mail, and manage package deliveries

Greet visitors warmly, guide them to the appropriate contacts, and maintain a welcoming reception area

Assist with data entry tasks, creating and updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports

Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task coordination within the office

Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment by managing shared spaces and enforcing office protocols

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
