Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with day- to- day administrative tasks, maintain the office environment, and support other staff members as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Assist with filing, photocopying, and document management.
Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
Support staff with basic administrative tasks.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up and maintained.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors as needed.
Assist with any other tasks as directed by the office manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopier, fax machine).
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
