Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings and events.

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office areas, including kitchen and restrooms.

• Run errands as needed, such as purchasing office supplies or banking tasks.

• Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
