Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries and managing calendar, travel activities for Directors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Meet and greet with guests and provides outstanding customer service to all guests, owners, and visitors.

· Assists guests with the clarity about the mall and leading the leasing enquiry.

· Answer phone an email inquiry from potential customers in a timely and respectful manner.

· Managing director’s daily calendars, travel schedule & Visa.

· Ticket issuance, booking, rebooking, rescheduling for the directors.

· Supports operations partners and vendors delivering communication to managers and guests and visitors daily.

· Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.

· Maintaining tracker with phone call receives and visitors and submitted daily to property team.

· Managing personal & company documentations.
