We are a reputable organization known for our commitment to excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a welcoming and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
Provide accurate information and assistance to inquiries.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain appointment calendars.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Receive and sort mail and packages, distributing them to the relevant recipients.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer- facing role is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones and computers.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Organizational skills for managing appointments and administrative tasks.
Adaptability to changing situations and needs.
