JOB DESCRIPTION
HE/SHE will be responsible for monitoring the work of the team and encouraging them to meet their set targets- Creating the dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for new and used sales.- Advising the team on any problems identified and keeping them motivated- Compiling and analysing sales figures- Collecting customer feedback and compiling market research information- Organising sales conferences to introduce new products to the sales advisor Requirements- Strong knowledge of Sales process, F and I, structure, systems and methodology Ability to performance manage sales and support staff- Strong motivator- Understanding of Auto Sales Processes (dealer level UAE)- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency- Languages:Fluent English.
Objective We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help build business activities. You will be accountable to manage and drive sales processes, delivering both account retention and profitable growth. He/she will navigate a complex value chain with a wide scope of activities including account retention and growth, new account gains, strategic account management, channel management, sales growth initiatives, customer satisfaction, developing, and mentoring the sales team. The role ensures business initiatives, policies and procedures are communicated and fully implemented. The Sales Manager is responsible to manage the refinish and equipment division sales team and will report to the companys GM.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute Business Planning and strategies, aim towards optimal business growth. Support the retention and growth of the existing and new business.
Clearly identify customer and market requirements, define and/or develop product brands and pricing strategy to satisfy such requirements.
Develop marketing and communication plans to accelerate product saturation/market share wins. Develop, train, motivate and retain a strong and successful sales team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, suppliers in support of solid and sustained business relationships.
Develop, manage and maintain the businesss Annual Operating Plan relating to revenue, contribution margin and the activities of the sales organization.
Develop and manage metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for all sales programs, people and activities
. Develop a sales organization structure that is nimble, flexible and aggressive with goals. Set up meetings with potential clients and address the concerns and requirements.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
Bachelors degree, MBA / Masters preferred
5+ years of proven experience as a sales manager or related position.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense.
Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
Proficient computer skills and CRM tools.
Ability to analyse problems and strategic for better solutions.
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
