Sales Manager Vacancy in Dubai

Al Nesr Al thahabi Auto Parts Supply , operated by AAT group of companies is seeking an experienced Sales Manager.

Candidate will assist the owner with the daily management of the company and overseeing the operation of the three stores.

Responsibilities:
Business Plan Execution:

-Improve gross profit margins

-Plan and report on sales programs

-Monitor and improve store inventory turnover performance

Customer Focus, Revenue Growth, and New Distribution:

-Perform monthly Profit and Loss (P and L) reviews -Assist sales effort

-Schedule sales meetings

-Evaluate store market penetration efforts and provide feedback on how to improve

-Perform customer account maintenance

Operational Excellence and Asset Management Protection:

-Correctly research, allocate and pay bills for the stores to ensure timeliness and accuracy

-Forecast reserves at beginning of year -Develop headcount budget and payroll scheduling

-Monitor bad checks and legal A/R collection accounts

-Manage fixed assets

-Coordinates store classification efforts

-Manages paperwork reduction people and processes

-Administers and oversees asset protection and safety programs

-Responsible for store and fleet maintenance efforts-seeks and secures vendors for maintenance and repairs

People Development and Employee Engagement:

-Implements all in store training -Schedule and plan store-training functions

-Evaluates effects of training on store performance

-Manage the Emergency Preparedness and planning

-Maintain monthly schedules to include salesmen, store managers and management meetings

-Plan and coordinate substitutes for employee vacations and illnesses unforeseen

-Investigate store manager, vendors, landlords, employees, management and customer complaints

-Demand high standards of performance. Ensure appropriate standards are met as relates to employee coaching, discipline documentation, and terminations.

-Create a culture of safety by ensuring required training is completed and employees understand their responsibility for behaving in a safe manner

-Administer company policies and procedures regarding employee performance, attendance, safety, training and other matters consistently and fairly.

Qualifications

Experience and Abilities:

-4 plus years experience working in a distribution environment in a related role.

-Excellent communication Skills in English ,Hindi ,Arabic is mandatory.

-Brand wise parts knowledge is plus

-Experience in retail sales is mandatory

-Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket would be a plus but not mandatory.

-Proficient computer software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel outlook.

-Must be a confident and thoughtful leader and demonstrate an ability to make good business decisions

-Possess a willingness to learn and apply new principles in management and leadership

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to get information and ideas across to others

-Organized, with solid multi-tasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

-Good delegation and follow up skills -Possess strong results orientation, customer focus and work ethic

-Adaptable and creative and be able to work away from office on a routine basis to ensure field is operational
