Sales Manager - Volvo Trucks | FAMCO

We currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for FAMCO Volvo Trucks in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will conduct daily contacts with customers, commercial crew visits, qualify customers’ needs and total solution’s sales (Trucks, Finance Solutions, Dynafleet and Service Contracts). You will maintain high level of satisfaction of Volvo Trucks key customers.

Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

Achieve monthly and yearly units’ sales target

Implement customer support strategies and total offer sales

Key Account Management including negotiation & finalization of key contracts

Develop new profitable customers and maintain existing profitable clients & write paints specifications / reports and quotations

Management of customer complaints and analyzing complaint statistics

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications, knowledge and skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Preferably, Mechanical Engineer, a business administration qualification will be an added advantage. Must have extensive knowledge of Trucks Sales

Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of industry experience (Trucks Sales)

Job- Specific Skills: Knowledge of industry specific performance indices such as market share, aftermarket absorption. Should be familiar with some dealer operating standards

Behavioural Competencies: Extrovert, articulate, people oriented, ability to work under pressure, possesses good interpersonal skills, multi- cultural, enjoys working with numbers, strategic thinker
