Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
