Position : CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR

Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their

performance.

· Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.

· Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.

· Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.

· Report project progress and any significant issues to the project manager and Site Engineer.

· Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.

· Problem- solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of

the project.
