Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Key goal

O Create regional and global awareness of company's brand, services, existing and upcoming projects through online digital media and offline PR with the aim of attracting new clients.

Social/ Digital Marketing

O Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for brand awareness and client acquisition.

O Increase brand visibility and traffic across all social platforms, this includes content development, community engagement, and management.

O Create and maintain social media calendar.

O Day-to-day management social accounts on Google, Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

O Manage the marketing budget.

O Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaigns overall performance.

O Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

O Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities to engage our firm, the important persons from the firm.

O Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media.

O Prepare project editorials for online publications of our existing and ongoing projects.

O Attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions to market the firms.

O Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelors Degree (preferably Architecture/ journalism)

Diploma or equivalent in Social Media Marketing.

experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linked-in Ads etc.

Association or keen interest in architecture and design.

Exceptional writing skills and proofreading skills.

Experienced in writing and editing press releases.

Effective copywriting and design skills to produce marketing materials for both print and online.

Good Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns.

Excellent in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Ability to think strategically, for planning successful PR campaigns.
