Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail- oriented and organized storekeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the storage and inventory of goods in adherence to company policies and procedures. As a crucial part of our operations, the Store Keeper will ensure that our inventory is maintained efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

⦁ Record and maintain accurate inventory levels using inventory management software.

⦁ Conduct regular stocktaking to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.

2. Receiving and Storing Goods:

⦁ Supervise the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring they are inspected for quality and accuracy.

⦁ Organize and store items in designated areas, following safety and accessibility guidelines.

3. Order Fulfillment:

⦁ Process outgoing orders swiftly and accurately, preparing items for shipment.

⦁ Ensure that goods are packaged correctly and are in accordance with company standards.

4. Data Entry and Reporting:

⦁ Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions and generate reports as needed.

⦁ Collaborate with management to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages.

5. Team Collaboration:

⦁ Work closely with other departments such as procurement and logistics to facilitate smooth operations.

⦁ Assist in training new staff members and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.

⦁ Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.

⦁ Strong organizational and leadership skills.

⦁ Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.

⦁ Excellent attention to detail and problem- solving abilities.

⦁ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
