Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results- oriented Student Recruitment Director to lead our

recruitment efforts in Dubai. As the Student Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for

developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and enroll a diverse student body. You

will work closely with various stakeholders, including academic departments, marketing teams, and

external partners, to build relationships and promote the university’s unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies aligned with the university's

goals and objectives.

- Drive enrollment growth by identifying and targeting potential student markets in the UAE and

beyond.

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational agents to enhance

recruitment efforts.

- Organize and participate in recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and informational sessions to promote

the university’s programs.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and online content

to attract prospective students.

- Monitor and analyze recruitment data and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and

make data- driven adjustments.

- Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring a high level of performance and

continuous improvement.

- Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the recruitment team and the wider university

community.

- Stay updated on educational trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform

recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field

(Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience in student recruitment or enrollment management, preferably within higher

education.

- Strong understanding of international student recruitment, particularly in the UAE and surrounding

regions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision- making.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and lead a diverse team.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus
