Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results- oriented Student Recruitment Director to lead our recruitment efforts in Dubai. As the Student Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and enroll a diverse student body. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including academic departments, marketing teams, and external partners, to build relationships and promote the university’s unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies aligned with the university's goals and objectives.

- Drive enrollment growth by identifying and targeting potential student markets in the UAE and beyond.

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational agents to enhance recruitment efforts.

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience in student recruitment or enrollment management, preferably within higher education.

- Strong understanding of international student recruitment, particularly in the UAE and surrounding regions.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus
