Al Futtaim Automall is in need of Team Leader / Quality Controller who provide support to refurbish the vehicles in high quality standards. You will perform ground level technical inspection on body repair and paint job completed vehicles to ensure vehicle quality meet as per Al Futtaim Automall standards.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Monitor and guide team of painters and panel beaters to produce required no. of vehicles for the month.

Manage vendor team for outsourced jobs to produce additional no. of vehicles as per the business requirement.

Perform daily quality inspection on minimum no. of vehicles as per set target depends on business requirement

Prepare repeat repair analysis on quality failed vehicles and recommend quality improvement method

Achieve monthly set target no. of vehicles to be prepared and Quality inspected as per business requirement.

Assist team of painters and Panel beaters workmanship quality standards improvement process.

Perform the quality inspection on body repair and paint completed vehicles as per highest standards of Al Futtaim Automall.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills:

A Degree/ Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and Valid UAE driving license is must.

At least 3 years’ experience as a Bodyshop Foreman/Team Leader or Quality , within a reputable automotive dealership or preferably from multi franchise vehicles handling workshop.

Technically competent, with the ability to understand the job needs and requirements.

Ability to guide and support technicians/supervisors on vehicle refurbishment jobs.

Ability to provide established standards of customer service through understanding technical concerns, assessment of repairs/maintenance and most importantly quality customer care in Vehicle refurbishment process.

Proactive approach when dealing with repeat repair complaints and provide best quality improvement method to avoid repetitive complaints.

Ability to handle high level of activity, Emotional Maturity to handle and satisfy internal and external customers, Sensitivity to work and excel in a multicultural work environment.

Ability to remain focused on the set monthly targets and to be self- driven to achieve and excel them.
