Telecaller Situation in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

- Explain the company’s trading services and products to prospective customers.

- Answer customer queries, provide information, and guide them through the registration process.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address client inquiries effectively.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow up on leads, track progress, and update records in the CRM system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion.

- Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns and market trends.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
