As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships through effective communication and persuasion. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.

2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

3. Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring a tailored approach to each client.

4. Achieve individual and team sales targets by closing sales and upselling additional products/services.

5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system.

6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have.

7. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to better position our offerings.

Qualifications:
