#### **Job Summary:**

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:**

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations.

- Take and process food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

- **Food and Beverage Service:**

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

- Ensure orders are prepared correctly and meet quality standards.

- Refill drinks and attend to any additional guest requests.

- **Table Maintenance:**

- Set tables with appropriate utensils, napkins, and condiments.

- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

- **Payment Processing:**

- Present bills and process payments accurately.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.

- **Teamwork:**

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.

- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and provide efficient service.

#### **Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

- **Skills:**

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
