Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards.

⦁ Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

⦁ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.

⦁ Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

⦁ Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role.

⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

⦁ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.

⦁ Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is an advantage.

⦁ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

⦁ A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality services are a plus.
