Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests with a smile and positive attitude

Take accurate food and drink orders from customers

Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently

Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and refill beverages as needed

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

Prepare checks for customers and process payments

Assist with setting and clearing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address customer inquiries

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong attention to detail, particularly in taking orders and processing transactions

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
